• Role & Company / Project Overview Vecino Construction, in partnership with People First (the Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Utica), is hiring for the Parkway Gardens Phase 1 development project. The project is focused on transforming the former N.D. Peters Manor site into high-quality affordable housing, directly championing HUD Section 3 initiatives to generate family-sustaining economic opportunities for local residents. The Vecino Construction ACTION Squad provides a starting place for a job in construction and long-term career growth. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties Engage on-site with construction operations and general trade activities for the Parkway Gardens housing development project, performing designated construction duties, supporting trade workers, and collaborating with team members across site revitalization phases. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience Minimum age requirement of 18 years or older. Position is open to entry-level candidates as well as experienced trade workers. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details Full-time schedule consisting of 40+ hours per week.
