Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced SAP EAM Functional Lead for an urgent, long-term W2 contract position supporting our client. The role focuses on Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance solutions within enterprise landscapes. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Serve as the Functional Lead for SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance implementations and enhancements. • Design, configure, and maintain SAP EAM / Asset Management processes. • Coordinate with technical and business teams to deliver robust enterprise asset management solutions. • Oversee maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes, bill of materials (BOM), and integration with SAP ECC/HANA. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven track record and leadership experience in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and Plant Maintenance. • Strong hands-on functional knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. • Experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) sectors is highly preferred. • Eligibility: USC/GC candidates only.
