We are looking for an exceptional engineer who is eager to build AI products that transform how millions of small businesses access capital and grow, while playing a pivotal role in shaping our product and engineering team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead the development and architecture of core AI-driven products designed to expand capital access for small businesses. • Take a foundational role in shaping the technical roadmap, architecture, and overall engineering culture. • Work closely with leadership to define product strategy and drive engineering execution from concept to production. • Help build, mentor, and grow the core product and engineering team. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven track record as a strong software engineer and technical leader. • Demonstrated passion and capability for developing innovative AI products. • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in fast-paced startup or early-stage environments.
