Role & Company / Project Overview: Techcorp LLC is hiring a ServiceNow Developer / Administrator across the USA. The position is open to professionals holding F1 OPT, OPT STEM, H4 EAD, GC EAD, or USC / GC status. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Configure, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to streamline ITSM and business workflows. • Develop custom workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Service Catalog items. • Maintain platform health, user permissions, and perform routine upgrades and patch testing. • Partner with system architects and business units to integrate ServiceNow with external enterprise systems. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Understanding of ServiceNow platform administration, development principles, and JavaScript. • Eligibility: Open to F1 OPT, OPT STEM, H4 EAD, GC EAD, USC, and GC. • Strong problem-solving abilities and dedication to mastering enterprise cloud solutions.
