• Role & Company / Project Overview KPRMT Global Solutions is seeking an experienced professional for an Epicor ERP Functional & Technical Support role, offered as a 100% remote position within the USA. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver functional and technical support for Epicor ERP / Kinetic systems. - Develop and maintain Business Activity Queries (BAQ), Business Process Management (BPM), and Business Activity Manager (BAM) routines. - Build and configure dashboards, SSRS reports, and Crystal Reports. - Integrate and maintain REST APIs and backend SQL database components in manufacturing contexts. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong hands-on experience with Epicor and Kinetic ERP platforms - Proficiency with BAQ, BPM, BAM, and Dashboards - Solid technical background in C#, .NET, SQL, SSRS, and Crystal Reports - Experience with REST APIs and manufacturing domain workflows • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Remote, USA • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resume mentioning the role title in the subject/message.
