• Role & Company / Project Overview Lahzr Tech is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion & Vertex Integration Consultant for an exciting remote contract opportunity. - Specialization: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP + Vertex Tax Engine - Contract Duration: 6 Months • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead Oracle Fusion and Vertex integration design and implementation. - Configure tax determination rules and compliance processes. - Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing. - Troubleshoot tax calculation and production issues. - Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and IT teams. - Prepare functional and technical documentation. - Support upgrades, patches, and new tax jurisdictions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Must-Have Requirements: - At least 1 full lifecycle implementation integrating Vertex with Oracle Fusion. - Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). - 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and support. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Vertex Tax Engine (O Series, Vertex Cloud, or Vertex Accelerator). - Strong knowledge of tax determination, configuration, and compliance processes. - Technical Skills: - Oracle Fusion Financials, AP, AR, GL, Procurement & Order Management. - Vertex Tax Engine integration and configuration. - Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - REST/SOAP Web Services. - FBDI integrations and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). - Tax calculation troubleshooting and transaction processing. - Functional Expertise: - Sales & Use Tax, VAT/GST, Tax Exemptions & Tax Jurisdictions, Tax Reporting & Compliance, Global Tax Regulations, Financial Accounting Processes. - Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle Fusion Financials Certification. - Vertex O Series Certification. - Experience with global Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. - Knowledge of OIC and OCI. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Remote. - Time Zone: US Time Zone. • Compensation & Benefits - Contract role for 6 months (compensation not specified). • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should send their updated resume via email.
