Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Epic Bridges Interface / HL7 Engineer with strong healthcare integration experience for a contract opportunity (6 months + extension, 1 round interview with UHG, no visa restrictions). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide Epic Bridges interface development and production support in a live Epic healthcare environment • Lead HL7 v2.x development, interface configuration, and troubleshooting • Build, configure, and maintain interfaces including ADT, SIU, ORM, ORU, MFN, MDM, DFT, and RTE • Develop and support X12/EDI interfaces • Monitor and optimize Epic Bridges to Integration Engine message flows and manage error handling • Provide support in a 24x7 production/on-call environment • Perform interface mapping, comprehensive documentation, and Epic upgrade/regression testing Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Epic certification is mandatory • 5+ years of Epic Bridges interface development and production support experience in a live Epic healthcare environment • 5+ years of experience working with Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, and InterSystems Ensemble integration engines • Extensive hands-on HL7 v2.x development and troubleshooting expertise • Proven experience with ADT, SIU, ORM, ORU, MFN, MDM, DFT, RTE, and X12/EDI interfaces • Preferred skills: Epic build/configuration, interface mapping, documentation, Epic upgrade/regression testing, HIPAA compliance environments, FHIR/API integration, SFTP, and VPN/TLS protocols Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: 100% Remote • Work from home • 24x7 on-call production support as required Compensation & Benefits: • Contract basis: 6 Months + extension Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their updated resume via the designated contact channel.
