Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced UKG Consultant / Workforce Management Solution Architect to lead enterprise Workforce Management transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with UKG Workforce Management and Legion, along with deep experience in Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting. This is a W2 role (USC/GC only) operating under a remote work model. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead Solution Architecture for UKG and Legion WFM initiatives • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable WFM solutions • Design, configure, and support Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting • Lead discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support • Provide strategic guidance to business and technology stakeholders • Collaborate with client teams, Cognizant teams, and third-party vendors • Support WFM integrations within complex enterprise environments • Identify opportunities to improve workforce planning, labor forecasting, and scheduling efficiency • Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions • Drive continuous improvement and optimization after implementation Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 15+ years of Workforce Management platform experience • Extensive hands-on UKG WFM experience • Experience with Legion Workforce Management • Deep expertise in Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting • Experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale WFM projects • Strong understanding of WFM processes and best practices • Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work across complex, multi-product enterprise environments • Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed • Preferred: Large enterprise WFM implementation experience, consulting / client-facing experience, multi-vendor delivery environment experience, strong facilitation and presentation skills, ability to influence business and technology stakeholders at all levels Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Model: Remote • Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed Application Instructions: Interested candidates please submit your updated resume for consideration.
