Role & Company / Project Overview: Beacon Search Solutions is recruiting a Physical Security & Executive Protection Intelligence Manager to oversee protective intelligence and physical asset safeguarding for executive leaders and multinational corporations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, manage, and execute physical security and executive protection intelligence programs. • Assess physical threat vectors, conduct site vulnerability assessments, and formulate route/facility security plans. • Synthesize real-time threat intelligence to protect personnel during transit, public appearances, and field deployments. • Coordinate with local law enforcement, embassy security teams, and executive management. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Solid experience in Executive Protection, Protective Intelligence, or Physical Security Management. • Comprehensive understanding of threat horizon scanning, attack pattern identification, and protective risk mitigation. • Strong background in crisis response and team coordination. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Full-Time Executive Permanent or Contractual Advisory appointments. • Worldwide field deployments, corporate headquarters, and regional hub assignments. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary of $115,000 to $325,000+ depending on deployment profile and mandate. • Hazard pay allowances, international deployment stipends, performance incentives, and comprehensive executive health and security coverage.
