They handle strategy, content direction, fan engagement, and growth — so our creators can focus on what they do best. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging high-value creator prospects with the goal of converting them into signed talent. This is a high-volume, high-touch outreach role that requires a sharp eye for talent, strong written communication skills, and the ability to operate across multiple platforms simultaneously. The position is fully remote and full-time within Latin America.
