Role & Company / Project Overview: Cyntrion Global Tech is actively connecting with qualified Business Analysts for W2 contract opportunities across multiple U.S. locations and work arrangements. This opportunity is open exclusively to U.S.-based profiles. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct thorough requirements gathering, elicitation, and analysis from key business stakeholders. • Create detailed business documentation, functional specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams. • Partner with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to facilitate project milestones. • Utilize Jira and Microsoft Excel for tracking tasks, sprint progress, and backlog management. • Bridge communication between technical teams, QA, and business stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and business process documentation. • Proficiency with Agile / Scrum methodologies. • Hands-on proficiency with tools including Jira, Excel, and SQL. • Familiarity with reporting and dashboard concepts (Power BI / Tableau) is a plus. • Eligible work authorizations considered: U.S. Citizen (USC), Green Card (GC), H4-EAD, or Initial OPT. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Arrangement: On-Site, Hybrid, and Remote opportunities available. • Locations: Texas (including Austin, TX), California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Minnesota, Massachusetts, Washington, Indiana, and other U.S. locations.
