### Role & Company / Project Overview Blue Swan Tech is hiring a Technical Product / Program Manager, AI Solutions within its AI & Data Solutions Practice. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, product strategy, and AI engineering to lead the end-to-end delivery of artificial intelligence, data, and automation initiatives. This is not a traditional PM, Scrum Master, or Product Owner role; it requires someone who can move seamlessly from defining desired outcomes to architecting how solutions are built, measured, and proven. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Partner directly with C-suite leaders to define success metrics and measurable business value. • Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and comprehensive product strategy for AI solutions. • Own Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definition, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution. • Guide multidisciplinary cross-functional teams spanning AI, data, engineering, and business domains. • Ensure all AI solutions are grounded in high data quality, governance, rigorous evaluation, and demonstrable outcomes. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven technical background in AI, analytics, automation, Generative AI (GenAI), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows. • Highly valued hands-on experience with platforms and frameworks such as AWS, Azure AI, Palantir, Databricks, Snowflake, or Uniphore. • Ability to bridge strategic leadership with technical architecture and engineering execution. • Employment/contract arrangement flexibility: Open to C2C, W2, or 1099. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Remote (United States) • Travel: Up to 50% paid client travel required ### Compensation & Benefits • Paid client travel expenses provided ### Application Instructions Interested professionals should share their resume directly via the designated recruitment email address listed in the contact section.
