Role & Company / Project Overview: Tekleads LLC is seeking a Senior Android Mobile Engineer – Kotlin to develop next-generation mobile experiences for card, spend management, and financial platforms. This is a W2 Only consultant/contract engagement. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and scale modern Android applications for card and financial platforms. • Build and maintain large-scale production mobile applications. • Implement GraphQL and RESTful API integrations. • Architect modular, reusable components and establish resilient mobile architecture. • Set up, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes. • Troubleshoot complex mobile issues and optimize performance. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and peer code reviews. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5–8+ years of dedicated Android engineering experience. • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and native Android development. • Demonstrated experience deploying large-scale production mobile applications. • Practical experience with GraphQL and API integrations. • Proven knowledge of mobile architecture patterns and reusable component design. • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and release engineering for Android. • Strong background in performance optimization and troubleshooting. • Experience with Agile frameworks, sprint planning, and code reviews. • Fintech / payments / banking industry experience is preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Arrangement: Remote. • Employment Type: Consultant / Contract (W2 Only).
