• Role & Company / Project Overview Beacon Search Solutions is seeking an expert High-Temperature Alloys & Heat Treatment Specialist to drive heat treating parameters, thermal processing optimization, and superalloy development for aerospace, defense, and power generation manufacturers globally. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Define, optimize, and control vacuum and atmospheric heat treatment cycles for specialty alloys and superalloys. - Oversee thermal processing, annealing, quenching, tempering, solution treatment, and aging processes. - Analyze microstructure, grain size, phase transformations, and mechanical property evolution. - Troubleshoot distortion, cracking, decarburization, and heat treat deviations. - Audit and validate thermal processing equipment to meet rigorous industry aerospace specifications. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Extensive technical background in high-temperature alloys, nickel/cobalt/titanium-based superalloys, and heat treatment metallurgy. - Expertise in thermal modeling, furnace operation, atmosphere control, and pyrometry standards. - Strong analytical skills in mechanical and microstructural evaluation. - Deep understanding of aerospace and defense metallurgical specifications. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Opportunities across global foundries, manufacturing plants, and advanced R&D centers. - Full-Time Permanent or Specialized Technical Consulting contract terms with hybrid leadership capability. • Compensation & Benefits - Annual compensation ranging from $100,000 to $295,000+. - Includes executive health benefits, bonuses, site allowances, and patent royalties. • Application Instructions Submit an updated CV to the recruiter via email.
