• Role & Company / Project Overview Kelly Services is hiring for telecom opportunities across the United States, seeking Drive Test Engineers to perform critical field testing and network optimization activities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct mobile and cellular drive testing across designated nationwide routes. - Collect, monitor, and log RF network performance data using specialized drive test equipment and diagnostic tools. - Identify network coverage, handover, dropped call, and signal quality issues in the field. - Coordinate with engineering teams to report field anomalies and test results. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experienced candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Valid US work authorization required. - Valid driver’s license required. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: USA – Nationwide Travel required. - Full-time field engineering schedule. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard company benefits commensurate with experience. • Application Instructions - Send your resume to the designated recruiter email with the role title in the subject line.
