• Role & Company / Project Overview Rockwoods is looking for an experienced Senior Analytics Engineer with strong, hands-on experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain to build analytics datasets, reporting layers, and dashboards that support critical business decisions. Work authorization is USC/GC only. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and develop analytics datasets and reporting layers for P&C insurance business operations. - Build interactive dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI for Policy, Claims, Billing, and Finance teams. - Perform data mapping, validation, testing, and reconciliation across insurance source systems. - Translate business requirements into scalable data models and actionable insights. - Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance, and operations stakeholders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6–10+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Engineering. - Direct, hands-on P&C Insurance domain experience in Policy, Claims, Billing, or Finance — MANDATORY (General analytics or data engineering experience without P&C insurance domain expertise will not be sufficient). - Strong SQL, data modeling, dimensional modeling, and star schema experience. - Hands-on expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI dashboard development. - Experience with data validation, testing, and reconciliation. - Strong business stakeholder communication and independent delivery capabilities. - Nice to Have: dbt, Snowflake, or cloud data platforms; Qlik, SSIS, or other ETL tools; Insurance regulatory reporting experience. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Remote (USA) - Work Authorization: US Citizens (USC) or Green Card (GC) Holders only • Application Instructions Interested candidates please share your updated resume or reach out via LinkedIn DM.
