• Role & Company / Project Overview Kinetic Innovative Staffing is hiring a skilled, detail-oriented Drafter for a full-time position supporting US clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience producing high-quality construction documents with a strong background working on retail store and restaurant fit-out projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Produce high-quality, comprehensive construction documents and architectural drawings for commercial, retail store, and restaurant projects. - Collaborate in a fast-paced project environment to deliver accurate drafting deliverables per US standards and specifications. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum of 2 years of drafting experience, specifically in producing construction documents. - Hands-on experience working on retail store and/or restaurant projects. - Demonstrated proficiency in CAD drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms. - In-depth knowledge of building codes, architectural standards, and construction standards. - Proven experience working on US projects is mandatory. - Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time position. - Remote / Work From Home (supporting US-based clients; open to candidates in the Philippines). • Application Instructions - Submit an updated resume to the contact email specified in the application details.
