Role & Company / Project Overview: DDL is seeking motivated and hardworking Groundworkers and Skilled Operatives to join our civil engineering delivery teams across projects in the United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform groundworks, drainage, trenching, kerbing, paving, and concrete works. • Operate hand and power tools safely in line with site instructions. • Assist in site preparation, material handling, and general construction tasks. • Follow all site health, safety, and environmental procedures diligently. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Hands-on groundworking or civil engineering site experience. • Valid site safety certification (e.g. CSCS card) preferred. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and readiness to work effectively in a team. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Project sites across the United Kingdom. • Full-time on-site position.
