Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Aluglex / Fibrex is hiring an experienced Façade QC Inspector with specialized factory-based QA/QC experience in Aluminum façade fabrication (SCW / Sliding system / THW) in the UAE. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct quality inspections for Aluminum façade, SCW/sliding system and related façade components during fabrication. - Inspect incoming raw materials, Aluminum profiles, sheets, glass, hardware and accessories against approved specifications and drawings. - Verify MTCs, material grades, dimensions, thickness, finishes and certificates. - Carry out in-process and final inspections of fabricated façade components. - Verify fabrication as per approved shop drawings, cutting lists, work orders and project specifications. - Monitor fabrication quality, including cutting, routing, bending, assembly, drilling, fastening and finishing. - Inspect PVDF, powder coating, anodizing and other façade finishes. - Raise and follow up NCRs, inspection reports and corrective actions. - Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Stores, Procurement, TPI agencies and project/site teams. - Support consultant/client inspections and ensure all inspection records are properly maintained. - Verify dimensional accuracy, workmanship, appearance and traceability before dispatch. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 2 to 3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in a façade factory or fabrication facility. - Experience in aluminum façade and ACP fabrication is mandatory. - Good knowledge of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, specifications and ITPs. - Strong experience in material inspection, fabrication inspection and final inspection. - Knowledge of façade finishes such as PVDF, powder coating and anodizing. - Proven ability to identify fabrication defects and coordinate corrective actions. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Preferred Technical Knowledge: * Curtain Wall & Stick System * Aluminum Windows & Doors * Louvers & Fins * Flashings, Back Pans & U-Channels * Aluminum & Steel Fabrication * Glass/DGU-related façade components * Coating and finish inspection * MTC, MIR, NCR, ITP and TPI documentation - Candidates with GCC/UAE façade factory experience will be preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full Time - Work Location: UAE - Industry: Façade / Aluminum / ACP Fabrication • Application Instructions - Kindly send your CV via email for review.
