### Role & Company / Project Overview Hiring an experienced IT Assistant Manager with hands-on UAE experience in the Third Party Administrator (TPA), Health Insurance, or Healthcare Insurance sector. This role requires someone who thoroughly understands both IT infrastructure and healthcare insurance operations, including claims systems, provider portals, member platforms, and system integrations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Managing IT infrastructure and overseeing day-to-day IT operations. • ERP customization and enterprise application support. • Supporting TPA and healthcare insurance core platforms and operational systems. • Managing claims platforms, provider portals, and member applications. • Managing and executing API integration between TPAs, insurers, and healthcare providers. • Handling database administration, management, and system integration support. • Ensuring cybersecurity, data protection, and adherence to UAE healthcare and insurance data-security requirements. • Planning and executing backup procedures and disaster recovery operations. • Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical bottlenecks, and ensuring rapid issue resolution. • Managing external IT vendors, service providers, and software providers. • Establishing, maintaining, and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. • Conducting business continuity planning and disaster recovery testing. • Providing on-call support outside normal working hours when critical business operations require it. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience specifically within TPA, Health Insurance, or Healthcare Insurance. • Experience working directly within a TPA organization is strongly preferred. • In-depth domain understanding of TPA operations, health insurance workflows, claims processing systems, provider networks, member management platforms, APIs, system integrations, databases, and enterprise applications. • Certifications: Professional certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, or equivalent credentials will be an advantage. • Relevant backgrounds include IT Assistant Manager, IT Supervisor, IT Systems Administrator, Application Support Specialist, IT Executive, or Healthcare IT Professional. • Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 1 month notice period preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: UAE • Employment Type: Full-time • Working Hours: Standard business hours with willingness to provide support outside normal working hours when operations require. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month ### Application Instructions Submit your CV with the subject line 'IT Assistant Manager – TPA / Healthcare Insurance'.
