Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: GESCO is seeking a Plumbing BIM Modeler for technical project support across Luxury Villas / Gated Communities, High-Rise buildings, and Infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Model public health, plumbing, and drainage systems in Revit BIM software per engineering designs. • Execute clash coordination with architectural, structural, and other MEP services. • Produce accurate shop drawings, schematics, and construction documentation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4–8 years of experience as a Plumbing BIM Modeler with Tier-1 MEP Contractors in the UAE. • Proven track record in Luxury Villas / Gated Communities, High-Rise & Infrastructure projects. • Relevant degree/diploma attested with equivalency & MOFA. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE). • Full-time technical role.
