### Role & Company / Project Overview Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (CPL Pharmaceutical Private Limited) is seeking a qualified Process Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) - Technical Supervisor/Executive (1 Position) for our Injectable Manufacturing Plant located in Udaipur, Rajasthan. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of critical process and lab equipment • Maintain Lyophilizer (IMA) and Vial Filling line (Washing, Tunnel, Sealing - IMA) • Maintain Manufacturing vessels, CIP/SIP units, Passboxes, LAF units, and Autoclaves (Fedegari & Machine Fabrik) • Oversee Visual inspection machines (Brevetti) and Leak-test systems (Bonfiglioli) • Service Gear Boxes, Vacuum Pumps, Cam Adjustments, Labeling machines, Cartonator (ACG) • Maintain Stability chambers (Thermolab), Cold rooms (Thermolab & Blue Star), and other related plant equipment • Ensure full compliance with GMP environment standards and detailed documentation ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • BE/BTech in Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical, or ITI in Fitter • 5 to 8 Years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing • Well versed with GMP environment and documentation ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Onsite position at Injectable Manufacturing Plant, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India • Full-time manufacturing plant shift schedule ### Compensation & Benefits • Safe and compliant workplace, professional learning, growth prospects, supportive team environment ### Application Instructions Interested and qualified mechanical maintenance professionals are invited to send their CV.
