Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a regular Clinical Research Coordinator with prior relevant experience for a small research site located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a fully on-site position (not remote). We are not able to sponsor a visa. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Coordinate and handle day-to-day study site activities, patient visits, and protocol adherence. - Assist with study documentation, data capture, and investigator support. - Ensure compliance with GCP (Good Clinical Practice), FDA, and institutional standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Prior clinical research coordination experience. - Strong organizational, clinical coordination, and communication skills. - Salary is dependent on experience (DOE). - Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Fully on-site role in Tulsa, OK (no remote option). Compensation & Benefits: - Annual salary range: $65,000 - $70,000 (DOE). - A $5,000 hiring bonus approved by the director to be utilized for relocation or as a bonus for a local hire.
