### Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an Operations Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our team supporting Reference Data, Back-Office Operations, and Capital Markets workflows. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support back-office operational processes and reference data lifecycle management within Capital Markets. - Perform comprehensive credit data validation and reconciliation activities. - Oversee and execute client reference data setup, maintenance, and data quality checks across systems. - Handle operational tasks related to trading and capital markets financial products. - Engage in ongoing stakeholder communication across internal operational teams and external partners. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 2+ years of proven operational experience in reference data, back-office operations, or capital markets environments. - Strong expertise in credit data and data reconciliation processes. - Working knowledge of trading systems and capital markets products. - Demonstrated proficiency in client reference data management. - Excellent verbal and written stakeholder communication skills. - Nice-to-Have Skills: Prior exposure to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) / KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures and VBA programming/automation. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Contract Duration: 12 Months contract basis. - Work Schedule / Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site per week). - Location: 77 Wellington, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates meeting the criteria should forward their resume via email to apply.
