Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer skilled in cloud technologies and full-stack development to build cloud-native applications and use AI to enhance software development efficiency, quality, and automation. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build cloud-native applications leveraging modern cloud technologies and full-stack architecture. • Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools and techniques to enhance software development efficiency, code quality, and development automation. • Collaborate across engineering workflows following modern SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering. • Native or business-level Japanese proficiency (mandatory for non-native speakers). • Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and/or Full-Stack Development. • In-depth knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. • Exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or AI Agents is a plus. • Familiarity with OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, or LangGraph is preferred.
