Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Xelvin is seeking passionate, junior maintenance professionals with experience in a production environment (such as agricultural environments, mining industry, or similar production setups) to relocate and join their operations on-site in The Netherlands. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute maintenance, servicing, and repair operations in a fast-paced production facility • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic issues on plant machinery and processing equipment • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance routines to minimize operational downtime • Ensure all engineering and technical interventions comply strictly with safety regulations and standard operational procedures Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Technical Trade qualification or relevant Diploma: RED SEAL (Trade Tested), N5 or N6 qualification • Background as a Millwright, Industrial Electrician, Fitter & Turner, or holder of a Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering Diploma (preferably specialized in process or mechanical fitting and turning) • Hands-on maintenance experience within heavy or production industries such as agriculture, mining, or similar sectors • Willingness and eligibility to relocate and work on-site in The Netherlands Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: On-site in The Netherlands (recruiting internationally, open to candidates from South Africa) • Work arrangement: Full-time on-site Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive international relocation and employment package as per Dutch standards Application Instructions: • Interested and qualified candidates can apply via the designated portal or contact the international recruiter directly.
