We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager to join our team in Thane. The designation will be determined after technical evaluation and based on the current designation of the individual. Job Requirements: B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering. 9+ years of experience in MEP Procurement. Major Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including tendering and post-contract activities for Electrical and Panel Procurement, Solar, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, etc. Take a lead role in MEP Procurement (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing). Conduct thorough scrutiny and technical review of the BOQ/tender in relation to design, drawings, DBR, and relevant IS codes. Prepare RFX and auction processes, ensuring the completion of work packages within stipulated timelines while maintaining price efficiency. Develop rate contracts with OEMs and vendors, ensuring the best prices are achieved.
