### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a proactive and employee-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with Operations, strengthen employee engagement, manage employee relations, and drive effective HR processes for our Thane location. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Facilitate employee induction, onboarding, and joining formalities - Manage employee engagement, welfare, and grievance handling - Act as the designated HR SPOC for Operations - Drive PEP/PIP and performance-management discussions - Manage RAG reporting, HR dashboards, and employee data - Conduct regular employee-connect and engagement initiatives - Support employee retention and performance improvement strategies - Maintain HR documentation and comprehensive employee records - Work confidently with MS Excel and HRIS/HRMS platforms ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven hands-on experience in HR Operations / HRBP roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent employee relationship-management abilities - In-depth knowledge of PEP/PIP and performance management frameworks - Good working knowledge of Excel, HR dashboards, and HRIS/HRMS systems - Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset - Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at the earliest are preferred ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Thane, Maharashtra - Work Mode: Complete Work From Office (WFO) - Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST - Working Days: Monday to Friday ### Compensation & Benefits - Salary Budget: Up to 6 LPA ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can submit their updated CV with the subject line: Application – HRBP – Thane / Pune.
