### Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for Banking Voice Process located in Thane (Ghodbunder). Zero consultancy charges and free job placement. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle inbound calls addressing banking-related customer queries and issues. • Deliver customer satisfaction and accurate resolution on banking services and accounts. • Follow standard compliance and banking verification guidelines on calls. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Qualification: HSC / Graduate. • Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1 year of BPO voice experience. • Assessment & Rounds: AMCAT, HR, Operations & Versant. • Mandatory Requirement: Office visit required for typing test and assessment. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Thane – Ghodbunder, Maharashtra. • Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts. • Working Days: 5 days per week with 2 rotational week-offs. ### Compensation & Benefits • Freshers: ₹29,000 in-hand per month. • Experienced (1 year BPO voice): Up to ₹39,000 in-hand per month. • Free placement with no consultancy charges. ### Application Instructions • Share updated CV with the recruiter.
