Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for a Mechanical Focused Project Manager for a traveling opportunity in Texas. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and oversee mechanical installations and systems on large-scale data center projects. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management for installation and commissioning. • Maintain strict project schedules, budgets, and job site safety protocols. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience managing large-scale HVAC systems, chillers, and cooling towers. • In-depth expertise working with Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAHs) or computer room cooling units. • Strong project management background in mission-critical/data center environments. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Texas, United States (Traveling Opportunity). • Schedule/Rotation: 3 weeks on-site and 1 week off remote. Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary: Up to $175,000 annually. • Travel Uplift: +10% travel uplift. • Per Diem: Up to $50,000 tax-free per diem. • Bonuses: 20% Project Completion bonus and 10-15% Annual performance bonus. • Travel Coverage: Flights to and from site covered by the company.
