• Role & Company / Project Overview: A growing nonprofit/social impact organization based at Tema Free Zones, Ghana is seeking an International Partnerships & Resource Mobilization Executive to expand institutional relationships and donor funding pipelines. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Support international partnerships and strategic donor relations. - Conduct donor and funding research to identify grant and funding opportunities. - Lead and contribute to proposal development and grant writing. - Maintain partner tracking, relationship logs, and resource mobilization initiatives. - Collaborate across teams to ensure timely submission and follow-through on funding applications. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant post-National Service experience. - Proven track record or background in resource mobilization, fundraising, donor research, or international development partnerships. - High integrity, professionalism, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively with excellent attention to detail and proactive initiative. - Strong commitment to social impact, community advancement, and organizational missions. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Tema Free Zones, Ghana. - Work arrangement: Onsite. • Application Instructions: - Submit CV and Cover Letter with subject APPLICATION – INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS & RESOURCE MOBILIZATION EXECUTIVE before Friday, 9 October 2026.
