Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and administer enterprise AI platforms and deliver reusable, governed AI solutions across the organization. The role will work across M365 Copilot, Claude Enterprise, and ChatGPT Enterprise, turning recurring business workflows into scalable AI skills, connectors, and integrations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Administer and configure enterprise AI platforms, including user entitlements, provisioning, workspaces, connectors, and access management • Develop and maintain reusable AI skills following governance, evaluation, and review standards • Build connectors and API integrations with enterprise systems such as ITSM, document management, project tracking, and data platforms • Develop collaboration integrations including Microsoft Teams • Package and manage AI skills through Git/GitHub with CI and evaluation-gated deployment • Convert recurring business workflows into reusable AI capabilities • Support AI adoption through enablement, training, and hackathons • Maintain audit-ready records for platform changes and entitlement requests • Partner with governance teams on AI risk, evaluation, versioning, and monitoring Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience Must-Have Skills: • 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior AI Engineer • Hands-on experience with LLM/AI platforms • Strong Python and REST API integration experience • Experience building AI connectors and/or reusable AI skills • Strong integration architecture and data-flow design skills • Experience with Git and pull-request workflows • Experience with evaluation-gated CI/CD processes • Ability to translate business workflows into reusable AI solutions • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field Preferred Skills: • M365 Copilot, Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise administration • RAG, vector search, Azure AI Search, Databricks, pgvector • Microsoft 365 and Teams integrations • AI governance, risk tiering, evaluation suites, and versioning • Regulated or audit-driven enterprise environments • ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, SQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL • MCP (Model Context Protocol) and enterprise connectors • GitHub Actions / CI/CD • PowerShell Preferred Certifications: • Claude Certified Architect / Associate / Developer • OpenAI AI Foundations • Azure AI Engineer or comparable AI/cloud certification Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Taylor, Texas (Hybrid) • Employment: W2 Only Compensation & Benefits • Not specified Application Instructions • Interested candidates please submit your updated resume for consideration.
