Role & Company / Project Overview: Morgan Placement & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced EHS Executive for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization specializing in API manufacturing in Tarapur, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Ensure EHS and statutory compliance. • Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), safety inspections, and audits. • Manage incident investigation and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). • Oversee hazardous chemical and waste management. • Handle fire safety, emergency preparedness, and conduct mock drills. • Organize employee safety training and awareness programs. • Maintain comprehensive EHS documentation and regulatory records. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Mandatory). • Certification: ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) (Mandatory). • Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant EHS experience in Pharmaceutical / Chemical (API) manufacturing.
