• Role & Company / Project Overview Duravit AG (a leading German MNC) is hiring for the position of Executive / Senior Executive - HR at their facility in Tarapur, Anand, Gujarat. This role is ideal for experienced human resources professionals with a background in the manufacturing industry. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Managing end-to-end legal and statutory compliances - Administering payroll operations and related processes - Overseeing daily HR operations and activities - Handling blue-collar workforce management and floor relations • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 4+ years of work experience in the manufacturing industry - Thorough working knowledge of legal compliance, factory labor laws, payroll administration, and shop-floor employee management • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM - Location: Tarapur, Anand District, Gujarat - Work setting: Onsite manufacturing plant • Compensation & Benefits - Free transportation facility provided from Anand - Subsidized canteen facility • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume directly to the HR contact provided
