Role & Company / Project Overview: Sinar Mas Land is hiring for a Lease & Marketing Staff position for Office Building BSD in BSD City, Tangerang. The role aims to maximize building occupancy and rental revenue by executing leasing and marketing activities, acquiring new tenants, maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants, and supporting the overall commercial performance of the office building. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute leasing and marketing activities for the commercial office building. • Acquire new tenants and drive leasing transactions. • Maintain strong professional relationships with existing building tenants. • Support and enhance the overall commercial and financial performance of the property. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in a related field. • 2 to 3 years of experience in Leasing, Marketing, Business Development, or Property Management within the commercial property sector. • Strong leasing, negotiation, and tenant acquisition skills. • Sound knowledge of commercial property market trends and rental strategies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage / plus.
