• Role & Company / Project Overview BSS Recruitment Consultant (BSS Executive Search & Contract Personnel) is hiring a QC Supervisor on behalf of a client operating in the stainless steel manufacturing industry. The position will be based at the client's manufacturing facility in Jatake, Tangerang. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Supervise quality control operations within the stainless steel manufacturing plant. - Conduct and oversee quality inspections across production processes. - Interpret and analyze engineering drawings to ensure production conformity. - Perform quality problem-solving, identify defect root causes, and implement corrective measures. - Lead, manage, and coordinate the quality control team on the floor. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering. - Maximum 4 years of experience in Quality Control within the manufacturing industry. - Prior experience in stainless steel, metal fabrication, sheet metal, or welding is preferred. - Familiarity with quality inspection standards, engineering drawings, and quality problem-solving techniques. - Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented approach, and proven ability to lead a team. - Good command of English, both written and spoken. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Jatake, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. - Work arrangement: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Submit updated CV to BSS Recruitment Consultant with email subject format: QC Supervisor – Nama.
