We are hiring a Chief Finance Officer. Qualifications: 1. S1 or equivalent in Accounting or Finance. 2. Max age 40 years. 3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting (Finance, Accounting, Tax) with a strong understanding of accounting principles and best financial practices. 4. Experience in the shipping industry for at least 3-5 years in Apartments (a plus). 5. Proficiency in using Coretax and accounting software (such as Accurate or others). 6. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets, such as Microsoft Excel. 7. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. 8. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders. 9. Ability to work in a team and complete tasks on time. Placement: Alam Sutera - Tangerang.
