### Role & Company / Project Overview L.G. Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd. (LGB Rolon) is hiring an Engineer specializing in Quality Management Systems (QMS). ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Oversee day-to-day quality management system activities. • Participate in and manage the audit process according to standard compliance. • Maintain documentation, reporting, and presentations utilizing Excel and PowerPoint. • Support continuous improvement and quality control initiatives across operations. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in QMS. • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS). • Good knowledge of internal/external audit processes. • Proficient computer skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Full-time onsite engineering role in India. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 CTC per month. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates with relevant experience should share their updated CV via email.
