### Role & Company / Project Overview BACS Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Trainee Maintenance Technicians for a wind power plant in Tamil Nadu. The company operates within the Wind Energy / Renewable Energy industry and offers direct on-roll, full-time employment with immediate joining. Freshers with a technical background who are eager to learn and begin their career in the renewable energy sector are encouraged to apply. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Assist in wind turbine maintenance and servicing operations. - Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. - Assist in inspecting electrical and mechanical components. - Strictly follow site safety procedures and maintenance guidelines. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field is preferred. - Experience: Freshers can apply. - Attributes: Willingness to learn technical maintenance procedures and join immediately. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct On-Roll - Location: Tamil Nadu, India - Joining: Immediate joining required - Contact Window: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ### Compensation & Benefits - CTC: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month - Accommodation: Provided by the company - Food: Provided by the company - Site Transportation: Provided by the company ### Application Instructions Interested and eligible candidates can share their CV via WhatsApp during designated working hours.
