Role & Company / Project Overview: HR Network Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect on behalf of client organizations in Metro Manila. This direct-hire position is responsible for designing end-to-end technology solutions aligned with overarching business needs. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design robust end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business strategy and requirements. • Direct solution architecture design and complex systems integration. • Provide technical consulting, pre-sales support, and architectural guidance. • Offer implementation guidance and oversight throughout deployment lifecycles. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise solutions architecture and systems integration. • Strong background in providing technical consulting and pre-sales architecture support. • In-depth knowledge of modern software architecture frameworks, integrations, and deployment models. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
