AAR Consulting Group is hiring a Manager Program Delivery for a high-profile New South Wales government statutory body in the energy market regulator. This long-term contract role is based in central Sydney CBD with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). Key responsibilities include leading workforce planning strategies focused on Aboriginal workforce participation, overseeing skills and training delivery, building relationships with industry and government stakeholders, supporting the internal Aboriginal Outcomes Team, developing social procurement initiatives, and monitoring program performance, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement across multiple large-scale projects across NSW. The ideal candidate has experience in workforce development, social procurement, employment programs, and strategic program delivery; understanding of Aboriginal Participation Plans or similar regulatory frameworks like the Infrastructure Skills Legacy Program (ISLP) is advantageous; strong skills in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, program management, reporting, governance, and performance outcomes; qualifications in workforce development, training, project/program management, or a related discipline; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
