Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: A technical textile dyeing mill based in Palsana, Surat, Gujarat is seeking a skilled Dyeing Supervisor to supervise daily dyeing operations and technical workflow. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise shift floor operations and coordinate the activities of machine operators and workers. - Monitor dyeing processes, recipe addition, temperature controls, and machine run cycles. - Ensure production targets, machine efficiency, and dyeing consistency adhere to mill standards. - Report shift performance, quality observations, and process deviations to the Department In-Charge. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Prior textile or dyeing mill experience is preferred for this technical supervisory position. - Hands-on technical knowledge of dyeing mill processes and floor supervision. - Immediate joiners preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Palsana, Surat, Gujarat, India. - Work environment: Onsite textile manufacturing plant.
