• Role & Company / Project Overview: Neon Panda is seeking a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) for its family entertainment center and game zone located in Mota Varachha. The GRO plays a vital role in managing guest relations, maintaining hospitality standards, and ensuring a memorable experience for visiting families and guests. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Welcome guests, introduce entertainment packages, and facilitate smooth guest journeys throughout the facility. - Address feedback, manage special guest requests, and handle concerns promptly with a solution-oriented mindset. - Promote guest engagement and assist in organizing entertainment activities. - Foster positive relationships with customers to build brand loyalty. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Energetic, enthusiastic individual with superior interpersonal and communication skills. - Positive attitude with a strict customer-first approach. - Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities. - Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or family entertainment centers is considered an added advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Onsite position located at Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat. • Application Instructions: - Eligible candidates and references are requested to send their updated resume to the recruitment team.
