• Role & Company / Project Overview: PT Bintang Kencana Anugrah is opening an opportunity for an experienced, growth-oriented professional to join as an E-Commerce Leader. We are looking for an individual with strategic abilities to develop brands, optimize marketplace performance, and lead the team to achieve company business targets. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Act as the commercial lead for the brand - Establish GMV targets and brand growth objectives - Formulate recommendations for promotions, pricing, bundling, vouchers, and product assortment - Manage operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms - Direct and guide Creator Specialists and Marketplace Admins - Provide commercial direction to the Ads and Live streaming teams - Monitor and control traffic, CVR, AOV, repeat purchase rates, and overall profit - Ensure store readiness, stock availability, promo execution, and marketing campaign readiness - Provide consumer insights to the Assistant and Marketing Communications (Markom) teams - Identify winning products, contents, and creators - Ensure brand participation in platform campaigns and evaluate performance metrics for each campaign against baselines • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience as an E-Commerce Leader or in a similar role - Proven background in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or related industries - In-depth understanding of sales strategies and brand growth across marketplaces and social commerce - Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and formulate business strategies to meet targets - Strong leadership abilities to manage, mentor, and direct teams with a target-oriented mindset • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Placement: Surabaya Barat (West Surabaya), Jawa Timur (East Java), Indonesia - Onsite role • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation according to company standards • Application Instructions: Send your latest CV along with a relevant portfolio to the recruitment email with the subject line 'E-Commerce Leader - Nama'.
