Role & Company Overview: Kantor Jasa Akuntan & Konsultan Pajak Doni Budiono (KKP Doni Budiono), established in 2002 providing professional, trusted, and solution-oriented accounting and tax services, is hiring for the position of Accounting & Tax Staff to support their branch office operations in Surabaya. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Assist with the accounting recording process and financial report preparation (membantu proses pencatatan akuntansi dan penyusunan laporan keuangan). - Assist with taxation administration tasks, including SPT preparation and submission, e-Filing, and related tax compliance duties (membantu administrasi perpajakan: SPT, e-Filing, dll). - Manage and organize client financial and tax documents and archives (mengelola dokumen dan arsip klien). - Support the team in providing accounting and tax consulting services to clients (mendukung tim dalam pelayanan konsultasi perpajakan dan akuntansi). Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation (Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi atau Perpajakan). - Solid understanding of basic accounting and taxation principles (memahami dasar-dasar akuntansi dan perpajakan). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. - Thorough, meticulous, honest, and responsible (teliti, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab). - Able to work effectively both individually and within a team. - Prior experience in Accounting/Tax is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Kantor Cabang, Ruko Mangga Dua Blok B2-7, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. - On-site branch office position.
