Role & Company / Project Overview: Join an established team of approximately 20 architectural and technical staff in Subic Bay, supporting Australian clients on substantial international projects, including residential and high-end residential, interior design and multi-residential, commercial, high-rise and tower developments, as well as complex architectural documentation and BIM projects. This is a long-term opportunity to work alongside an experienced in-house team on international architectural and interior design projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver high-level architectural documentation and BIM project deliverables. • Work on residential, high-end residential, interior design, multi-residential, commercial, and high-rise/tower projects. • Independently manage complex projects and ensure exceptional technical accuracy and professional workflow adherence. • Contribute architectural and interior detailing with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Senior-level GRAPHISOFT ArchiCAD skills (mandatory). • Professional experience in Architecture. • Advanced ArchiCAD proficiency and strong BIM and construction documentation skills. • Excellent architectural and interior detailing capability. • Ability to independently manage complex projects. • Strong technical accuracy and professional workflow knowledge. • Australian and/or Singaporean project experience strongly preferred. • CV, portfolio, and ArchiCAD work samples are required. • Note: Applicants from unrelated fields, junior drafting backgrounds, or without strong ArchiCAD experience will not be considered. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work location: Subic Bay, Philippines. • Full-time, on-site work only. • Remote, hybrid, and work-from-home arrangements are strictly NOT available.
