Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to work closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to identify high-value problems and rapidly design, prototype, deploy, and productionize AI/GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, APIs, and Telecom/Broadband Domain Knowledge. This position is suited for a builder-first engineer with 8 to 15+ years of software/data/AI engineering experience, including 9+ years overall experience and recent hands-on experience building production GenAI solutions. Experience aligned with Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) environments—particularly telecom/broadband operations, GenAI, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, API integration, vector databases, AI observability, and cloud-native deployment—is highly relevant. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Rapidly prototype and productionize GenAI/LLM and Agentic AI applications. • Build RAG-based applications, AI assistants, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge solutions. • Build backend services and integrations using Python, REST APIs, GraphQL, FastAPI, SQL, and Microservices. • Integrate AI solutions with telecom platforms, including OSS/BSS, CRM, field-service, network/service operations, and enterprise knowledge systems. • Implement AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, groundedness checks, and hallucination mitigation. • Deploy containerized applications using Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Troubleshoot customer-environment issues and optimize solutions for reliability, scalability, latency, and production readiness. • Partner with product and engineering teams and provide feedback from customer deployments to improve reusable solutions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 9+ years of professional experience (8–15+ years in software, data, or AI engineering). • Domain Requirement: Must have a Telecom background (Cable / Broadband / Telecom domain experience is strictly required). • Strong hands-on programming in Python. • In-depth expertise in Agentic AI and Agent Orchestration. • Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, GraphQL, and Microservices. • Proficiency in SQL and Data Integration. • Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Practical experience with containerization and orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes. • Solid grounding in CI/CD and software engineering best practices. • Visa Requirement: Open to any visa (genuine candidates only; Green Card not accepted). • Preferred Telecom Experience: OSS/BSS platforms, network/service operations, CRM/customer-care platforms, network and operational data, and AI-powered troubleshooting and knowledge assistants.
