Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Caliber Tools is looking for a skilled and motivated Design Executive to join the Design Department at their Vallam facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mould design and the ability to independently manage and execute design activities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop complete mould designs independently • Prepare 3D models, detailed drawings, and comprehensive design documentation • Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and feasibility studies • Support design modifications, engineering revisions, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mould design • Proficiency in DELCAM and NX software • Demonstrated ability to independently execute mould design projects • Good problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail • A collaborative approach and strong commitment to quality Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Vallam, Sriperumbudur – SIPCOT Application Instructions: Interested candidates can submit their resume directly to join the Caliber Tools team.
