We are looking for an experienced SAP WM Consultant with strong expertise in ECC to S/4HANA migration, Warehouse Management, and Logistics process transformation. The role is based in Southern California (Hybrid/Onsite) in the Medical Device Manufacturing industry. Employment type is long-term contract or full-time. Key skills include SAP Warehouse Management (WM), ECC to S/4HANA Migration, Inbound and Outbound Processing, Inventory Management, Putaway, Picking and Packing, Physical Inventory Management, RF Transactions and Barcode Integration, Warehouse Automation, SAP EWM Concepts, and WM Integration with MM, PP, SD and QM. Requirements include 8+ years of SAP WM experience, strong warehouse transformation and migration experience, SAP EWM exposure preferred, Medical Device, Life Sciences, Pharma, or FDA-regulated manufacturing experience preferred, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities include designing and configuring warehouse management solutions, participating in fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration, and cutover activities, collaborating with logistics, operations, and manufacturing teams, supporting warehouse process optimization and S/4HANA adoption, and providing post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
