Role & Company / Project Overview: An established Insurance Company is actively recruiting a qualified and dedicated Test Engineer for placement in Kuningan, South Jakarta. The position is instrumental in driving software quality, reliability, and automated testing across diverse insurance enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute manual and automated testing processes to guarantee software quality, visibility, and traceability. • Ensure testing processes adhere to company standards and actively provide recommendations for quality enhancement. • Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Build Verification Testing (BVT) processes. • Prepare test environments and establish appropriate test data sets. • Prepare and execute automated test cases, design and write automation scripts, and deliver comprehensive test execution reports. • Conduct load and stress testing to evaluate application stability, performance metrics, and response times. • Generate detailed performance test reports. • Maintain reusable test scenarios and test cases across associated projects and core systems. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Indonesian Citizenship (Warna Negara Indonesia / WNI). • Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance. • Proven track record testing various application architectures, including Mobile Apps, Web, Front-End, and Back-End systems. • Solid understanding of software release processes, particularly within Agile frameworks. • Proficient understanding of test automation, scripting, regression testing, and industry-standard testing tools. • Working knowledge of basic SQL queries. • Familiarity with Test Management Tools including Bug Tracker and JIRA. • Knowledge of automation programming languages and frameworks including JavaScript, VBScript, Python, Cucumber, .NET, Java, or related technologies. • Hands-on experience with API integration and testing tools such as SOAP UI, Postman, and JMeter. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. • Up to date with digital trends, testing technologies, and industry best practices. • Training or professional certification in ISTQB, CSTE, or Cloud Testing is considered an advantage. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Placement location: Kuningan, South Jakarta, Indonesia. • Standard operational working schedule.
